Has it really been eight days? This weekend brought another wonderful weekend to West Jefferson. The leaves are starting to turn. It the weather stays warm, we plan to camp either Black Mountain or Carolina Hemlock the third weekend. We worshipped at a wonderful little church yesterday. Obids Baptist Church, which is off of Hwy. 163 in West Jefferson (technically). The people there were so warm and loving and Pastor Tom Graybeal preached a wonderful sermon out of the 27th chapter of Acts. We're definitely planning to go back - it just felt like home.
