Hard to believe that this year is half over!  July has been a good month for some of us.  Kate & Ada went to spend some time with her grandfather Ennis at the beach.

Unfortunately for others, and I mean me the pain and sickness continues.  I have been to an ENT and have had a swallow test.  Hopefully the real answer will come when I go to the GI doctor on July 31st.   I cant help but think at least some of this has to be related to stress being at an all time high since March 1st.  Unfortunately the stress in my life is not controllable by me, but I am on the receiving end of the consequences.  I really would rather be dead than live like this.
