TGIF or maybe not.

What a great way to start the day. This doesn't happen often. My blood sugar was 120 this morning. I haven't seen 120 in over a year. Thank you God! I am proof that weight loss does help with insulin resistance. With the Lord's help, I'll be able to continue to eat sensibly and healthy and lose more weight. I will be satisfied with 50 more pounds depleted. We'll be going down the mountain tomorrow to see mama and daddy. Mike and Sue will be very upset if we don't get to visit with them as well, so we'll plan a stop at their house. We will need to stop by the MP house and rub Boo Boo's belly as well. I'm really hoping to be able to hit Mi Cocina while we're there. Any takers? Never mind. It's not such a good day after all. Just got off the phone with nick. He and Katy were in a wreck just a little bit ago, They are on their way to the hospital. Some idiot pulled out in front of them. Nick said the car is probably totaled. His air bag deployed but hers didn't. Sht hit the steering wheel and the windshield. Concord here we come.
