Wednesday morning, Bekah and I journeyed back to Union and Cabarrus Counties. She was to leave on Thursday morning for the youth retreat to Myrtle Beach. That girl stays on the go!
After I dropped Bekah off, I went to visit with Mama and Daddy for a little bit. When I got "home", Daisy didn't want to talk to me. She just growled and scruffed at me. She's a good watch dog! Boo Boo was go glad to see me, that she peed on the back porch. She remembered me, she is such a sweet dog; I hope she's not pregnant! Thursday night, after Nick washed his Harley, we went to eat at Kanes & Walkers (K&W) cafeteria. Thursday, I packed up some of our camping gear. As I'm typing this on Friday morning - OMG, I JUST REMEMBERED I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN 30 MINUTES AT THE HOSPITAL!
It's now Friday p.m., where was I? Oh yeah, packing on Thursday. Anyways, I said my good-byes to Kate and Boo Boo. 
Did I mention that according to my ex-mother-in-law, I am an evil mother for leaving my 18-year-old daughter at home (all alone)? Did I also mentioned that she never thought that I treated my son fairly? Well, why don't you ask them about that before you condemn me? And what's the name of that song - "Before you accuse me - take a look at yourself", yeah, that's it!
Anyway, I had an appt with Dr. Rasenberger on Thursday afternoon in Charlotte. He was looking fine as usual, and released me back to Dr. Sassano. I was on I-85 at 4:50 headed to the mountains. I arrived at 6:40 p.m. Pretty good timing, eh?
Anyway, we'll be headed back tomorrow, as Jel and I have to go to my "going away" party at Saint Martin Lutheran on Sunday morning. It'll be good to see all of my friends again. We're hoping to be able to go out to dinner with some friends on Saturday night.
