The time is drawing near. If the Lord is willing and things work as planned, I will be taking my bed and bedroom furniture to live in West Jefferson with Mini Van next weekend. While we knew this time would come eventually, I will miss my family and friends very much. Thank God for email and the internet.

I must admit though, I am looking forward to getting involved in church activities and functions. We have been visiting at Obids Baptist Church in West Jefferson since last October. We have put off moving our membership until we knew that the move was going to be permanent. You see, Michael, we were listening last week when you were preaching about not being permanent visitors! We have no intention of hiding in the pews!
